How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel your booking:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to 'My Bookings'
3. Find the booking you want to cancel
4. Click the 'Cancel' button
5. Confirm the cancellation

You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

What's the cancellation deadline?

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this deadline may not receive a refund.

Can I change my booking time?

Currently, you need to cancel your existing booking and create a new one for a different time. Make sure to do this before the cancellation deadline to avoid losing your payment.

What if I'm running late?

If you're running late:
• Call the golf club immediately at the number listed on your confirmation
• We'll do our best to accommodate you
• Note that late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or forfeit their tee time depending on course availability

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case of severe weather:
• The course may close for safety reasons
• You'll be contacted to reschedule your tee time
• No cancellation fees will apply for weather-related closures
• Contact us if you have concerns about weather conditions
